Are you in Chicago?  Near the North Shore?  Are you into yoga and Pilates?
Stop by 2 Hot Yoga,  take some yoga and or Pilates classes, and pick up your Heavenly acupressure mat while you are there.

2 Hot Yoga is an awesome yoga & Pilates studio in the Chicago North Shore area, founded by Desiree Rijos and Randy Rodin. 2HOT blends yoga,  Hot Yoga, and Pilate's to provide fitness solutions that bring you to  new and exciting levels of fitness and wellness.

Hot yoga is practiced in a studio that is heated to 90 -100 degrees, which allows for a deeper state of relaxation, and deeper stretches, and takes the yoga experience to a much deeper level.

Hot yoga is more intense than regular unheated yoga, with the added heat helping the body "cooperate"  through increased relaxation of your muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons.   Hot yoga also helps increase circulation, and promotes the body's healing processes, so weather you are a beginner or experienced in the practice of yoga, head out to 2 Hot yoga to experience the wonderful benefits of hot yoga.  And while you are there, pick up a Heavenly acupressure mat and acupressure pillow to use at home or in the office for that quick boost!

2 Hot Yoga is located at

I would like to try hot yoga.  I went to an intro class near me, but the heat hadn't been turned on before the early morning class, and the room was not hot in the middle of February, so I didn't sign up or go back.  :-(

We have tried the Bikram Yoga which is done in a heated room. It is very hot but feels very good. Perhaps you can try that if there is one near you.
